Return & Refund Policy
At NUVIVE, each product is made to order and customized specifically for our brand through our production partner.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction.
2. Non-returnable products
Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used products
Products purchased on sale
Customized products
3. Defective or Damaged Products
We only accept refund or replacement requests in the following cases:
Damaged product received
Defective product
Wrong product received
According to our supplier, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
In this case, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
4. Complaint Procedure
For any request, please send an email to:

With:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product
A description of the issue
We will process your request within 3 to 7 business days.
5. Refund or replacement
If your request is approved:
A full refund will be issued
OR
A new product will be sent to you
The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
6. No right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products unsealed for hygiene reasons.
7. Liability
NUVIVE cannot be held responsible for misuse of the product or individual allergies.
